It’s amazingly wonderful. A Sword of the Lord, well furbished, sharpened on both sides. Every question and answer exudes wholesome truth. Like manna from heaven that feeds your soul; which enables you to “grow in grace, and in the knowledge of Chris”. I use it for Bible studies on all occasions. I taught it to my children, and to memorise it over the years. Even now, when my adult children come to worship with me and my wife…we still teach it, and read out all the Scripture proofs. Listen carefully to what God said concerning Abraham Gen.18:19. In conclusion: I believe that our Lord knew that a great spiritual dearth…a spiritual famine of the Word of God would engulf the nations. Collectively, He used the Puritans like Joseph to lay up wheat and barley to feed us with bread in the time appointed. Yes, with all my heart I recommend the Westminster Larger Catechism.
